But my perspective wasn't formed only in the office. For years, I spent my Saturdays in the classroom as a college faculty member. While my weekdays were spent in strategy meetings, my weekends were spent with the students those strategies were meant to serve. This experience helped me see firsthand where corporate-speak and feature-heavy pitches fell flat because they were completely detached from the reality of teaching.
